This coffee has a very well balanced, rounded cup with excellent acidity, body and a pleasant berry flavour. The best estate Zimbabwe coffees are prized for this balance, which ensures you get all you need out of this coffee with no need to blend. This is not a really dark roast coffee but just into the territory we like for espresso. Darker than medium but not so dark that the oils start showing on the bean.
