This coffee is decaffeinated using the natural CO2 method. The most common form of decaffeination using a solvent is believed to have adverse effects both on health and the ozone layer. This bean has good body and gives a smooth, slightly sweet cup with all the complexities of the real thing. It makes an amazing espresso coffee.

Fine body, refreshing, smooth liquor and satisfying cup.
Cuban Crystal Decaffeinated	£4.40	100g
This coffee is grown in very mineral rich soil which gives it a distinctive character. Low in acidity for a Latin American coffee but very smooth and with a suitably smoky, cedarwood edge. Good for espresso.
