At Imperial Teas, we've spent more than three decades exploring the fascinating world of coffee, sourcing carefully selected green coffee beans from some of the finest growing regions across the globe. Every origin, harvest and variety has something different to offer, and it's our pleasure to discover what makes each one special.

We roast our coffees ourselves, here in our Lincoln shop, allowing us to develop the individual character of each bean. Roasting is a wonderful combination of art, science and sensory judgement. The same green coffee can reveal remarkably different qualities depending on how it's roasted, from delicate fruit and floral notes to rich caramel, toasted nuts and bittersweet chocolate.

That's why our collection embraces the full spectrum of flavour. You'll find beautifully expressive light roasts, smooth and balanced medium roasts, bold and satisfying dark roasts, and our own distinctive blends, created to bring complementary flavours together in delicious harmony.

We believe there's a wonderful coffee for everyone, whether you know exactly what you love or haven't quite discovered it yet. And sometimes the greatest pleasure comes from trying something you never imagined you'd enjoy.

We'll happily grind your chosen beans to suit your favourite brewing method, too.
