| We offer a wide range of delivery options which are offered at the first stage of the checkout process. We realise there are so many options below but we try to cater for everybody! If you are confused, add the items to your basket and click the "Delivery Costs" link on your basket page to see the options available to you. 1st and 2nd Class parcels are sent recorded delivery and will require a signature. If you are not in, the postman will leave a card to explain alternatives for re-delivery or collection from the local sorting office. If is not collected it will ultimately end up back with us, when we will be happy to attempt another delivery. However, this will regrettably incur the appropriate charge at cost of postage. If you would rather not have to sign for your parcel please state this on your order comments. Unfortunately, under these circumstances we cannot accept reponsibility for missing parcels but will make every effort to assist in any necessary claims. Other Options For higher value and heavier weight orders the following delivery options are available. Special Next Day and Parcelforce Express 24 and 48 delivery means that you will receive your goods within 24 or 48 hours of our shipping them, with the exception of goods sent on Friday, which are guaranteed for delivery on the following Monday or Tuesday. If you require Saturday delivery, please call us on 01522 560008 where we can arrange this and take payment for the Royal Mail surcharge. Most orders received before 3.30pm are usually posted on the same day, we have even been known to get them out after this time but we cannot make any promises! Special Next Day Delivery
In using Royal Mail for our delivery service, we are bound by their conditions. For First and Second Class items, a period of fourteen working days must be allowed before making a claim for lost goods. This is 28 days for international packages. Special Next Day delivery can be dealt with immediately after failure of delivery.
On a positive note, Royal Mail very rarely lose our parcels! Admittedly, they can leave them in some strange places, plant pots, wheelie bins but by and large they almost always arrive!
