Roasted a little darker than a Tie Guan Yin Oolong to add a little weight to the lovely fruit and floral character given by the Kwai Flower pollen. Kwai is a relative of the Laurel family. This is a great introduction to Oolong tea as the pollen adds a flavour reminiscent of apricot and honey that perfectly complements the creamy quality of the tea itself.
