Decaffeinated Teas

We choose the high pressure CO2 method of decaffeination for our teas as it keeps more of the original character intact. It is a very smooth and safely decaffeinated product with a better flavour and full colour. Carbon Dioxide is a natural part of the air and physically harmless. Very acceptable on their own but my tip is to add just a few leaves of a very high quality tea to the mix, this improves the flavour significantly whilst adding little to the caffeine levels.

An anthracite coloured, long and wiry leaf with a mild infusion.

The blend of high quality, naturally decaffeinated Ceylon tea and the best bergamot oil makes this hard to distinguish from the real thing. In fact it tastes a lot better than the standard of Earl Grey you'll find in the supermarket.

If you can't take the caffeine but still long for the comfort of real tea try this! Made with a good quality Assam large leaf and safely decaffeinated.
Darjeeling TGFOP Decaffeinated	£6.90	100g
This naturally decaffeinated Darjeeling has a mild, flowery flavour with a light copper coloured cup.
