The peppermint infusion is an excellent, light and refreshing drink. I particularly like it after a large meal as an alternative to coffee. The leaves are large and the brew has a wonderful strong, fresh peppermint aroma. The loose leaf is infinitely superior to the peppermint infusion bags produced by Twinings and the like (which often have a nasty aftertaste and unappetising aroma).
