The small former kingdom of Sikkim is now a state of India and has been producing tea for centuries. Temi Garden is the most renowned in the connoisseurs tea market for its high quality but low production quantities. This offering is full bodied and highly aromatic like a very fine second flush Darjeeling. It has excellently shaped, colourful leaves with lots of tips that give a beautiful amber coloured cup with flowery and spicy notes.

A delightful, light tea. Pleasantly impressed. Really nice, refreshing flavour with a slightly fragrant, sweet hint. A touch of bitterness but that just offsets the other flavours. Don't brew it too long as the bitterness begins to dominate. Definitely one for drinking without milk and one I'd recommend.
