Tea Polyphenols

A report released by www.grandviewresearch.com has reported that the polyphenols found in tea, particularly in green tea, are now finding their way into 'functional' food and drink. This is being attributed to an increased awareness in customers of potential health benefits. This is driving worldwide demand, which is expected to reach 9,170 tons in 2020.
