The fragrance of English summer strawberries and sweet flavour all bound up in a cup. I can see an afternoon tea laid out in front of me! I have fond memories of this tea as it was my first introduction to the wonderful world of tea beyond tea bags! It is delicious served chilled with a dash of Pimms too! We use the finest, high grown teas from the beautiful island of Sri Lanka as the base and use natural, essential or nature identical flavouring oils to create the myriad aromatic options. We also use the leaves, flowers or fruits to add further flavour and visual appeal. Ever since the Chinese first added blossoms and fruit juices to tea centuries ago, people have enjoyed experimenting to find complementary flavours. The marriage of tea to natural fruit oils, flowers and spices, opens up an infinite variety of surprising tastes to the drinker. They are complemented by the addition of sugar and can be taken with milk if desired.

This has a slight sweet flavour and a wonderful smell, I take it black but could see it working well with milk and a bit of sugar if you have a sweeter tooth. (Posted on 26/02/2015)

Yet another one I'd recommend mixing with cream (good old cream) If I ever go on Mastermind my chosen subject would be "Imperial teas 1991 to 2010" :) (Posted on 28/02/2010)
